Payment Policy

Coolirpa accepts the following payment methods through our secure online website.

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Maestro, China Union Pay or Discover) shipping address must match billing address. WE SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.

• Coolirpa PayPal Address: coolirpa@gmail.com

• Note: We only accept PayPal payments from VERIFIED accounts with a CONFIRMED shipping address.

• PayPal payment is due within 24 hours of the order. If PayPal payment is not received with the order, the order will be canceled.

• International Orders: Coolirpa will accept PayPal and international orders. PayPal payment must be listed as a Seller Protection Policy 'Eligible' on the transaction details page and must be a CONFIRMED address. Payments will be accepted in U.S. currency only.

• We do accept International Credit Cards.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being received. In cases where an item is out of stock, on backorder, or is a special order item, Coolirpa will notify customer via email with an approximate ETA.

Handmade items processing times range from 1 - 4 weeks, and will notify customer via email with an approximate ETA.

• Transit time for US Continental Shipment: 1-5 business days

• Transit time for International Shipment: 5-14 business days

Returns (Physical Products)

You have two methods of returns:

• Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

• You have 14 days from arrival to return the item

• $6.99 will be deducted from your refund amount and we will provide the shipping label. Your refund will be awarded to your original form of payment.

• No shipping label will be provided and you are responsible for shipping the item back. Your refund will be awarded to your original form of payment with no return fee deducted.

Inspection is performed on all returns. This review process is about 1 to 3 business days. A return confirmation will be emailed with your
refund result. Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
 

      PLEASE NOTE: Returns under the Assemble and Deliver program are subject to restocking fees.

Cancellations

Returns (Digital Products)

1. All Sales Final: All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products once the purchase is completed.

2. Understanding Digital Nature: Digital products, by their nature, are intangible and can be easily replicated or copied. Due to this characteristic, we are unable to accept returns of digital products.

3. No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for digital products based on changes of mind or personal preferences. Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

4. Technical Support: If you encounter technical issues or difficulties with the digital product, we are committed to providing timely and effective technical support to assist you in resolving any problems you may encounter.

5. Exceptions: In the rare case of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the purchased digital product, please contact our Customer Support within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to provide assistance and resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

6. Policy Modifications: Coolirpa reserves the right to modify or update this No Return Policy for Digital Products at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
